How It Works
1. Send what you have
Fill out the form below with a parts list, photos of your stairs or a rough sketch. Not sure what you need? That’s fine, just tell us about your project.
2. We spec the job
Our team confirms the sizes, series and finishes and sends you a clear parts list and price.
3. We ship to your job
In-stock orders ship within 1 business day from our own warehouses and arrive in 3–6 days anywhere in the continental U.S.
Request Your Free Quote
To help us quote accurately, include inspiration photos, wood species, baluster style and finish, and your city, state and ZIP for shipping.
A rough sketch with a few measurements is all we need to get started.
Quote FAQ
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Quotes are free and there’s no obligation to buy.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Most quotes go out within 1 business day once we have everything we need. If we have questions about your project, we’ll reach out right away.
What do I need to send for a quote?
Whatever you have. A parts list is fastest, but photos of your stairs or a rough sketch with a few measurements work too. If you’re not sure what you need, check “Not Sure – Need Help” and we’ll walk you through it.
Will you really beat a competitor’s quote?
Yes. Attach a competitor’s written quote for the same or comparable parts and we’ll beat it by 5%.
Do you quote installation?
No, we quote parts only. If you’re in Texas, we can recommend a local installation company.
