Square Iron Newel Posts

Clean lines and 90-degree angles make square newels a natural fit for contemporary and minimalist stair design, and a clear alternative to traditional round posts. Available in sizes such as the popular 3-inch profile, most have flat tops for the handrail to sit on or run into. Powder-coated finishes match our square iron baluster collections for a cohesive geometric look.

Install them at the start, end, and transition points of the staircase. We stock a full range of code-compliant square newels for quick delivery. Explore sizes and finishes below.
