6010 Slim Profile Handrail & Fittings

The 6010 is a popular solid wood handrail with a slim, versatile profile that works with a wide range of staircase styles. It measures 2-1/4" wide at the grip and 2-3/8" tall. The underside has a 1-1/2" flat bottom designed for pin-top wood or iron balusters. Because this rail is made for doweled balusters that install into the bottom of the rail, it is not available with a plow.

The collection includes a full set of matching 6010 fittings—quarter turns, volutes, up-easings, goosenecks, and more—so the handrail can run continuously up the rake, around corners, and over landings in an over-the-post system. Every fitting is made to match the straight rail profile for a clean, continuous look.
