If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly reship a replacement item free of charge. To initiate a claim, please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number. Photo or Video evidence may be required in some instances.
Due to the inherent nature of wood & iron and the numerous variables beyond our control after a product leaves our facility, we do not offer a general warranty on our stair parts. These variables include, but are not limited to, installation methods, environmental conditions, finishing products used, storage practices, and maintenance. We cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of our products under conditions we cannot oversee.
