Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free ground shipping on parts orders over $750. Items 8 ft and longer are excluded. Most items over 8 feet have a surcharge by the freight carrier for extended length.

Yes, when they are installed with the right spacing. Most U.S. codes require that a 4″ sphere cannot pass between balusters (the IRC allows 4-3/8″ on the open side of stairs), so always check your local code. See our baluster spacing diagram.
