Since you asked.
I had miss counted base collars on my initial order, this was just to finish up.
5 collars for 2.39 each. Cool. Unfortunately your cheapest shipping option burned up an additional 24 bucks. Really? The whole thing was under pound and fit in envelope. (Maybe a USPS option for 8$?). I was not in a hurry to receive them.
That said, the balusters and collars are in , they look great and the client loves them. Your website is great with a great selection- and easy to navigate.
