These are perfectly simple and natural – not too rustic nor too glossy. Heavy, great quality. I had them installed by a professional with no problems.

Good looking and affordable upgrade for my staircase. The delivery was faster then expected. There was one shoe that did not fit and after I contacted costumer service a replacement was immediately shipped. Product is very well made.

I ordered 18, 3.1.1 Wentworth Round Hammered Balusters. The shipment came in two separate packages. We had snow in our area, which delayed the shipments. The first shipment of 10 pieces arrived a little late, but with no problems. My second shipment arrived several days later, being repackaged by FedEx and missing four pieces, and the four pieces that I did receive, were chipped and scratched. I provided pictures of my findings, and with no questions asked, Cheap Stair Parts sent me out eight new balusters (the four I was missing and the four that were damaged). THANK YOU for your exceptional customer service. I will not hesitate to use Cheap Stair Parts again.
