I am a “civilian”, sourcing the components for our new deck/pavilion myself. (Our contractor and crew are gifted Amish builders, so cruising internet sources is not in their remit.) We were delighted to find the stainless rods we wanted on this site,, and worked with Customer Services (shout-out to Christine!) on installation, measurements, etc. The Amish crew even got permission to watch the installation video, which made the construction seamless! We couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll send along a photo soon.. These guys are great! And the product itself is heavy-duty and beautiful. Best Kim

The shipping tube the rods came in had some minor dings and dents in it, but the rods inside were in perfect condition, each individually bubble wrapped. The matte black finish looks really nice and durable. Not just some thin sprayed on paint.
Ryan Rozeboom (Verified Customer) –
Bars came well packaged and are great quality. The black finish looks like it will wear well as it resisted scuffing during installation. Exactly what I was hoping for!
DENNIS Wunderlich (Verified Customer) –
Just refinished the railings on my deck. These look great. Hopefully they hold up to the weather.
