    I ordered 5015-36 in red oak on Monday and received the parts on Thursday with standard shipping. The parts were identical, I only had to cut the lower end to match the rest of the balusters. Anyone that knew I broke the originals can’t see the difference. Great product. thanks, Cheap stair parts.

    If you look closely there are some dings and other very minor imperfection here and there, but on the whole they consistently match great and the turn is dead center
