6060 Slim Modern Wood Handrail – Red Oak

The House of Forgings 6060 Slim Modern Wood Handrail – Red Oak is an exclusive modern-style handrail from the 6060 Modern series, designed for staircase remodeling. This handrail measures 2″ at its widest point and 1-1/16″ at its tallest, crafted from Red Oak. It may arrive with a slight extra length, typically less than an inch, requiring on-site cutting to fit.

Handrail Construction – This product is a multi-layer product with a top layer and bottom layer. This alternating grain pattern construction helps prevent warping. See additional photos.

** Note on Natural Timber Variation ** Due to the slender profile and extended length (up to 16+ ft.) of our handrails, some pieces may exhibit a slight natural bow. This is an inherent characteristic of long-length timber and does not affect the structural integrity or final appearance of the product. These rails possess enough natural flexibility to easily straighten to a professional finish when secured to support posts during a standard installation.
