I found Cheap Stair Parts online after searching local lumber shops for something specific. I wanted a Scandinavian minimal look that was suitable for a colonial style home. The wood I received was perfect. I reached out to customer service because one part was damaged in transport. They immediately replaced it by Fed-ex, just in time for installation. Highly recommend.
