The House of Forgings HF16.3.60 Aluminum Level Base Collar is designed for flat surface applications and fits 1/2″ square balusters. Crafted from aluminum, it features a 1-9/16″ round base and a 3/8″ height. This base collar is available in powder-coated Satin Black or Ash Grey finishes. For angled surfaces, use the 16.3.61 angled base collar.
