16.3.60 Aluminum Level Base Collar

The HF16.3.60 Aluminum Level Base Collar is designed for flat surface applications and fits 1/2″ square balusters. It features a 1-9/16″ round base and a height of 3/8″. This base collar is available in powder-coated Satin Black or Ash Grey finishes. For angled surfaces please use the 16.3.61 shoe.
