The House of Forgings HF16.3.70 Aluminum Level Base Collar – Satin Black is designed for flat surface installations and fits 1/2″ square balusters. Made from aluminum, this base collar features a 1.33″ square base and is .35″ in height, finished in powder-coated Satin Black. For angled installations, use the 16.3.71 angled base collar.
