These are very nice heavy items. Worth the extra cost over hollow. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the spindles were slightly different sizes making the hole cutting challenging. Some too big to fit and some smaller than the hole leaving wiggle room.

Cheap Stair Parts’ iron balusters are great quality, relatively easy to install, and look awesome. Could not be happier!

I started with some locally sourced hollow balusters, looked cheap and poor quality – returned them. For about the same price I upgraded to solid iron from Cheap Stair Parts. Very happy with the quality of the products. Only issue, they shipped the wrong shoes. Contacted customer service via website and they shipped me the right ones quickly. Well done – happy customer.

These baulsters are so beautiful. The hammering effect gives them interest instead of just being a plain round bar and help the light catch on it. Very happy with my purchase.

The quality of the balusters is wonderful they are solid and very stylish. They are exactly what we wanted to update our staircase . We were shorted 3 posts and 3 shoes when delivered and didn’t notice it bc we didn’t count them until we started our project 2 weeks later. When we called there was no difficulty and the items are being shipped out after a phone call. We appreciate the professionalism of the company as well and look forward to completing our project!

I reached out for information on a Forged Iron Balustar I was researching and was promptly responded to. When I went to place my order I was assisted by customer service and they were very helpful. I did a lot of research and shopped around- Cheapstairparts had THE best pricing. Additionally, shipping and delivery were smooth and timely and the quality of the balusters and railing are wonderful. Would highly recommend them!!

Can’t believe the quality of the balusters. We ordered the plain and the Tuscan round, both single and double in the oil rubbed bronze and they are gorgeous and the price was excellent, thank you!
