Very pleased with the products we ordered (Mega balusters), shipping was also quick! A few of the balusters had very small nicks, I had inquired about a touch up paint pen and was told the pieces would be replaced without question and were again shipped very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I am known as one of the pickiest reviewers around. But I can say nothing but positive things about Cheap Stairs.
As a developer, I use their product all the time. In 100% of the cases, they have been courteous, professional and efficient. I don’t know how they manage to be so fast with their deliveries; but whatever their secret formula is, they need to stick to it.
Absolute Class Act!
