The balusters and related hardware are excellent. Only issue was that the double baskets spacing on our stairs would have been better served as single basket.

The ordering process was so easy and when I had a question they had a direct line I was able to speak to someone. They even sent me follow up emails with detailed responses on the questions I asked. The parts were at my house within a few days and they accidentally forgot to give me two of my parts but I simply called and the parts were at my house the next day. Amazing service!!
