The Young Manufacturing RetroReturn™ Tread Kits are used in staircase remodeling when removing carpet and adding hardwood treads. Each kit includes a tread with attached front nosing, a white primed riser, and a side RetroNosing™ that can be attached to the left or right side and trimmed to fit against the wall. Treads are available in Red Oak or White Oak with a bullnose profile featuring cove molding, while risers are made from white primed poplar.

Usage Tips: Install the tread and riser on a clean staircase surface after carpet removal, attaching the RetroNosing™ to the desired side and trimming the excess against the wall.
