Young Manufacturing RetroTread® Kits facilitate hardwood tread installation on existing staircases following carpet removal. Each kit contains a tread with integrated front nosing and a primed white riser.

Tread construction utilizes either Red Oak or White Oak, featuring a bullnose profile with cove molding. Risers are constructed from white primed poplar. Both treads and risers are available in 42, 48, and 60-inch lengths.

Tread: 5/8 inch thick, 11-1/2 inch deep, Red Oak or White Oak, bullnose with cove molding.
Riser: 11/32 inch thick, 7-1/2 inch tall, white primed poplar.
Kit Components: Tread with integrated nosing, primed white riser.
Available Lengths: 42, 48, and 60 inches (treads and risers).w
