In the busiest part of the holiday season I ordered 500 pounds of iron stair materials. It arrived on time, each box well labeled, each piece packaged in bubble wrap. Looks great! Lastly the heavy freight carrier used, Old Dominion, was fantastic to coordinate delivery with. Their truck was equipped with a lift gate and the driver put the material right in the garage. I could not be more pleased with the experience!

I ordered new solid iron balusters to replace the wood ones on my staircase. The balusters were uniform, straight and well made. I’m DIY’er and was able to use a cutoff saw to cut these to size and give my stairs a new look. I had them shipped, and Old Dominion loaded the pallet right in to my garage. Everything went great.
