I have only installed a small section so far and absolutely love them. They look great and they were individually packed in bubble wrap to protect them. I highly recommend them!

Alternated plain balusters with single knuckle in oil rubbed bronze. Came out looking fantastic!
Pretty easy to install once you got started. Had to use a metal saw to cut each to size.
Love the new look!

Replaced 96 pickets in front Stairwell of my home with Hollow Iron Pickets – Single Knuckle, Double Knuckle , Straight and also Base Shoes. Compared 5 companies (including HD and Lowe’s) and Cheap Stair Parts was the best price. Paid for shipping and upgraded delivery but even with that was still cheaper than all the others by approx. $200. Called in to Customer Service to check that all the parts I needed were in stock because I had to have them for installer by a certain date. Only part that wasn’t available was the Level Base Shoe with Set Screw to cover the bottom of the pickets (no other company had them either). But the Service Rep recommended that I look at the No Set Screw Shoe as another option. Great Advice! Received my order in time for the install. Looks great! Thanks

We are changing the balusters on our stairway. After shopping the big box stores and specialized building products stores, we discovered Cheap Stair Parts online. We ordered 76 balusters. The price, quality, and service was exceptional.
