Ordered a variety of 88 solid wrought iron ballusters to replace wooden spindles. One type of balluster was out-of-stock, which was not indicated at the time of ordering. Customer service contacted me immediately and provided some options for the out-of stock item. We decided to wait about a month for the part to arrive. Customer service kept us notified as the delivery date approached. The ballusters are high quality, uniformly coated, and are packed with abundant bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipping.
