The spindles are very beautiful and what makes them look elegant is the durability. I ordered less spindles than needed in the first order and Michelle was very helpful in getting my second order in. She helped replace 3 spindles that were chipped during shipping without any cost. Great customer service and experience.

The iron balusters are solid great quality. I additionally purchased iron scroll balusters that were absolutely gorgeous and the same solid construction. Shipping is a bit steep and I ran into a little snafu with the freight delivery but customer service was very responsive and resolved my issue promptly and to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend the product and this business.
