The House of Forgings HF16.3.71 Aluminum Angled Base Collar – Satin Black is designed for use on angled (rake) surfaces up to 40 degrees and fits 1/2″ square balusters. Constructed from aluminum, it has a 1.33″ square base and a height of .35″, finished in powder-coated Satin Black. For flat (not angled) surfaces, please use the 16.3.70 level base collar.
