I called to verify some specs before ordering and the service was first rate. I received my order quite quickly and it was boxed up with each spindle individually wrapped in bubble wrap–there were absolutely no problems with any part of the order. Great experience all around. The Aalto shape is very modern and we replaced over 100 spindles with these and the standard straight spindles–at hundreds less than our local stair supply house. The difference is amazing and the finished stair case and balcony looks stunning.
