SoHo Iron Balusters with Adjustable Base Sleeves

This base sleeve is engineered to slide freely along the bottom of the baluster, allowing the installer to position it at any desired height. Once the position is chosen, the sleeve is permanently locked in place with a set screw. This modular approach allows for the creation of custom visual effects, such as a raised or floating base, giving the balustrade a bold, architectural look.

To secure the sliding base sleeve, a 2.5mm Allen wrench (not included) is required to tighten the set screw. Once the sleeve is locked at the desired height, the baluster assembly installs using standard methods for its profile size, often secured with epoxy and compatible with standard base shoes if an additional decorative element is desired.
