They didn’t have one of the parts I ordered and were very prompt at letting me know and found a substitute that was in stock. My second time ordering stair parts from them, and well worth the price. Would recommend them over and over again. Great customer service Cheapstairparts!!!

We ordered the solid twisted balusters. The product is heavy, well built, and will be a great replacement for the old wooden spindles. They provide illustrated and thorough on-line instructions to walk DIY’s through removal and installation. We had a hard time finding the correct product locally and Cheap Stair Parts located what we needed and was happy to answer shipping questions over the phone. Will do business with them again.
