The 16.2.1-TX iron baluster is a clearance part due to minor quality issues in the powdercoating. See additional photos on the listing. When installed and spaced out, most people may never really notice a difference.

House of Forgings maintains exceptional quality to cater to your stair product needs.  Occasionally, we have material that does not meet our expectations.  That is not to say that it is poor quality; it does not meet the standards we have in place.  Recently, we received a shipment of HFSTB16.2.1-T – ½” tubular square Satin Black balusters with a variation in the powder coat. Upon inspection, 20-30% of the material had a slight texture to the surface – rather than being “smooth.” 

We have segregated the material and have renumbered the material to a unique identifier HFSTB16.2.1-TX.  70% or more of the material is good quality; however, the process of inspection of the lot would be too extensive and costly.  We are offering this material at a considerable markdown.

There will be a possible mix of material with both coatings below.
