This is the real deal cast iron look I wanted.
Beautiful railing, not like the competitors. I went to the big box stores to look for a replacement shoe (I originally ordered one short, my mistake) and the big box store had composite (thats fancy for plastic) shoes.
So I called customer service and they were so helpful and made sure i got the shoe right away. Hands down a fast, friendly, high quality company.

I was very pleased with the stair parts I received . The only problem was that I has to tell tap the the small bases for the square bottom steps and the angle bases for under the wood handrail . The threads were full of Powdercoat .
