First off, their website makes it very easy to piecemeal railings together to get the perfect look you want and the prices are unbeatable! I thought with it being labeled, cheap stair parts that it would be cheap quality, but gave it a shot after reading all the reviews and was blown away by the quality! The welding on the wrought iron is immaculate!! The design builder on the website really helped visualize the final product and it came out looking better than expected! Installation is easy well-explained and easy. Thank you for making our home look like a billion bucks!

I honestly was expecting a solid chunk of wood, however the veneered faces were plenty thick enough to work with, allowing relief cuts, beveled edges, and plenty of sanding. I did not order a post cap so I just veneered the top face with 1/4” red oak. The customer service was spectacular. My questions were answered through email within an hour or two of asking.

Excellent quality product. Fast shipping. Multiple packages. (Actually received items one day apart). Only have two days to ensure it’s the correct item, u damaged, etc for returns. Not exactly a long time if you weren’t ready to open the boxes for the project yet.

Was so impressed with the service and delivery. Loved the product too. It did come with one corner slightly dented, but luckily I need to cut the piece a little anyway, so I cut that side off

We ordered 5 of the 3.25” square newel posts in white oak to update the railing throughout the house. We love them—they look so much better than our old mushroom top posts. One of them had arrived damaged and was quickly replaced. Great product. Great customer service!
