The House of Forgings 5/8″ Round Horizontal Bars, exclusively offered, provide a sleek, modern option for contemporary staircase designs. Available in 5 FT and 8 FT lengths, these tubular round bars feature powder-coated finishes or stainless steel, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal with cost-effective shipping. Key variations include: 5.1.1 with 2mm thickness, 7.1.1 with 1mm thickness, and 8.1.1 made of aluminum, 1.5mm thick, 6 FT long, suited for exterior use.
Each bar includes a 1/4″ round hole at both ends, a powder-coating process requirement, concealed during installation by gluing into 1/2″ deep holes on each side for a clean look. Finishes available are Satin Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Ash Grey, and 304 Stainless Steel Hollow Bar, offering versatility for design preferences.

The shipping tube the rods came in had some minor dings and dents in it, but the rods inside were in perfect condition, each individually bubble wrapped. The matte black finish looks really nice and durable. Not just some thin sprayed on paint.
