The black hollow spindles with and without baskets are the highest quality. Shipping was prompt (2 days). Cheap Stair Parts wraps every individual piece in bubble-wrap for extra protection. I ordered over 400 pieces and not a single on was damaged or scratched. As a contractor, it’s great to find a supplier who cares as much about their products as I do about my service. I’ll never shop anywhere else for stair parts!

We took an existing straight staircase with wood balusters and changed out with the copper vein iron balusters and newel post, starting step, along with volute and transformed our plain staircase into a high end one at a very low cost. Extremely pleased at the outcome!!!

Customer service was great with confirming my order and the materials I needed are of great quality for the price. We have a small entryway staircase that needed updating with modern spindles. After having our basement remodeled we needed to cut costs. Professionals came out and quoted $2000 for the look we wanted. Over breakfast me and my husband pulled our cell phones and googled cheap stair equipment. We were so happy we found your site..we immediately purchased everything for less than $200. We can do this ourselves. Very impressed with Quality and Service we received. Thank you for saving us $$$$!!

Took out the white wooden balustrades and replaced all 50 with the oil rubbed bronze plain and single knuckle.
You need a metal cutter. Once you measure and allow extra length, the iron balustrade fits right in to the existing holes. Use the flat shoes, makes the job look polished. Very happy with the project!

The pieces are solid iron and are coated pretty nice. They look great. Only little complain is that when you install them, some of them do not remain flushed with the angled hand rail as the screw to tighten them does not allow it. You have to play with the position until satisfied.

Tracy Paletta (Verified Customer) –

Took out the white wooden balustrades and replaced all 50 with the oil rubbed bronze plain and single knuckle.
You need a metal cutter. Once you measure and allow extra length, the iron balustrade fits right in to the existing holes. Use the flat shoes, makes the job look polished. Very happy with the project!
Larry Smith (Verified Customer) –

The pieces are solid iron and are coated pretty nice. They look great. Only little complain is that when you install them, some of them do not remain flushed with the angled hand rail as the screw to tighten them does not allow it. You have to play with the position until satisfied.
