6210 Wide Profile Handrail & Fittings

The 6210 is an industry-standard solid wood handrail profile, popular for its wide and substantial grip that provides a stately appearance. It features a grip width of 2-5/8" and a total height of 2-7/16". The underside of the handrail is milled with a wide, 2-inch flat bottom, which creates a very stable mounting surface for standard pin-top wood or iron balusters. Because this profile is designed for use with doweled balusters that install directly into the bottom of the rail, it is not available with a plow. Each handrail is delivered unfinished, sanded, and inspected to be free of knots and defects on its primary surfaces.
