Base shoes finish the bottom of each iron baluster by covering the installation hole in the tread or floor.

This collection is made specifically for the 9/16-inch Tuscan series. Tuscan balusters have a hammered texture that makes the base slightly larger, so they need a shoe with a matching opening. These shoes fit both Tuscan Square Hammered and Tuscan Round Hammered balusters. Use flat shoes on level surfaces and angled shoes on the rake.

The designs complement the Old World look of the Tuscan series and come in powder-coated finishes that match the balusters. Most shoes lock in place with a set screw.
