From start to finish our experience was A+++! We ordered 64 balusters to transform our stair case and balcony. The quality of the product was fantastic. The balusters are sturdy and the decorative basket balusters were solid! Delivery was efficient and at 150 pounds for our shipment…surprisingly free! We are thrilled with our makeover thanks to cheapstairparts.com.

We ordered a combination of 72 single twist, double twist and baskets along with base shoes. Everything arrived 4 days later, perfectly packaged. Even with the $92 shipping fee they were far cheaper than anything in the Denver area. The quality is very good and the finish was perfect. Watched several videos on installation before deciding it was something we could do ourselves. Couldn’t be happier with the finished project.
