6010 Slim Profile Handrail & Fittings

The 6010 is an industry-standard solid wood handrail profile, widely chosen for its versatile and slim design that complements a variety of staircase styles. It features a grip width of 2-1/4″ and a total height of 2-7/16″. The underside of the handrail is milled with a 1-1/2″ wide flat bottom, providing a stable mounting surface for pin-top wood or iron balusters. As this profile is intended for use with doweled balusters that install into the bottom of the rail, it is not available with a plow. Each piece is delivered unfinished, sanded, and inspected to be free of knots and defects on its visible surfaces.
