One of the best home projects I have ever done! They delivered exactly what they advertised. I placed 2 orders on 2 separate weekends. One order arrived on Tuesday, the other on a Wednesday. Replacing the balusters was super easy and the price was amazingly low. I’m on track to win husband of the year.

So glad I found CSP online. Service was great and the quality fantastic. Getting a coupon for more off is always good. I had to watch several youtube videos but got it done well. Make sure you order an extra of whatever you are working with. I had a small mistake with one baluster and if you have to order 1 then the shipping is 3 times as much as the baluster. Came out very professional. thank you. Many complements and friends would all like to do theirs now!

I am absolutely 100% pleased with the pricing of the merchandise, top-quality of the merchandise, excellent customer service, and everything came packaged to make sure it was all protected and arrived exactly when I needed it. I ordered 18 balusters, two different types, and the shoes for them (if that’s what you call them). My banister and railing is absolutely gorgeous and the installation by my installers was so easy. I will definitely pass on this company to everyone I know that’s looking to do something with their railings and banisters and anything else at this company may offer. Thank you so much!

This company is top notch. They did a great job of fulfilling my order and the Iron Balusters and shoes they use are very well made. I would also highly recommend using their epoxy as it works extremely well compared to what you will buy at Home Depot or Lowes. It is much thicker and does not drip all over the place. And like many others I had to do a re order for pieces I missed and it got here very quickly. Thanks for the great customer service!

We have the correct order, before time. Lots of status notes sent ahead of delivery. We haven’t installed them yet because construction delays by other part providers.
Victoria Camp (Verified Customer) –
I ordered a bunch of these and decided to go with ordering more to redo another section of banister in another area. I could not be happier with this product!

We decided to update our stairs from white wooden balusters to black iron. They look marvelous and really make the staircase look very expensive. The cost of the balusters from Cheap Stairs was half of what we would have paid in the local hardware store. Fabulous purchase!

Great price on some fantastic looking metal balusters. Stairs really pop now. I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished look. Delivery was pretty quick and installation is a breeze. End caps complete the new look.
